  First and foremost this means that Ship Shape World takes is customers privacy and data security very seriously. We will ensure that any personal details that come into our domain for example through the placing and receiving of orders, quotes, request for advice and items passed to us for information and clarity sake will be treated with this utmost respect and confidentiality. Specifically:

  All data will be filed systematically and kept only for the purposes of performing the legitimate business interest so that we can service your needs or order and replicate it should that be required or offer additional advice on your items or related items for example to make a custom sheet fit a custom mattress or to advise of relevant developments and offers.

  Hard Copies will be held securely behind lock and key. Electronic Copies, for example emails will only be held on our chosen secure servers and computers for our direct use. These servers are security checked, password and firewall protected to keep them secure and safe.

  Any details stored will not be exposed to prying eyes, they will not be shared, for sale or favour or otherwise given out.

  NO financial card details are EVER saved in any form be it paper or electronic. Full stop!
