Ship Shape IMO - Summer 2019 Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Ship Shape IMO Summer 2019 Promotion’ and are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions.
  2. This promotion is only available to companies opening an account between 1st July 2019 and 30th September 2019 inclusive and is not valid for companies who hold an existing account with Ship Shape IMO.
  3. Qualifying order values are based on product value only in GBP and exclude VAT, delivery and administrative costs.
  4. Promotional gifts will be delivered DAP Incoterms 2010® and the recipient will be liable for import duties, taxes or additional costs if incurred at the port of import.
  5. Only one promotional gift can be received per account and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. Ship Shape IMO reserve the right to extend or shorten the duration of this promotion at any time if applicable this will be confirmed at the time of placing the order.
  7. The promotional gift cannot be exchanged for cash value, alternative items, credit or discount.
  8. Promotional gifts only available whilst stocks last, and Ship Shape IMO reserve the right to substitute any gift for an alternative product of equal or greater value at any time during the offer.
  9. Gift will be sent after the goods have been received and the invoice settled in full.
  10. Ship Shape World Ltd.’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy and Cookies Policy and Refund Policy apply to all orders whether promotions are used or not.
